About Us
My Bonding babies was formed by two Brisbane based Mum’s Nicki and Renee, wanting to avoid having to return to their previous, careers and work force after having their youngest children.
With very strong beliefs about the importance of baby bonding, attachment and also the importance of encouraging the Breastfeeding relationship, Nicki and Renee wanted to sell products that helped encourage these major aspects of parenting.
Both Co Sleeping/Bed Sharing, Breastfeeding families themselves they where delighted to secure a distributorship deal with the USA Company “Arms Reach® Concepts Inc.” the makers of the Co Sleeper® Bassinet range.
“This product range is everything we as 2 average mums from the suburbs dreamed of on those long, lonely nights in the early days of our babies lives” states Nicki “we are delighted to pass this wonderful product on to other families” she continues.
“being a new mum, with the lack of sleep, getting to know your baby, establishing breastfeeding and all that goes along with new motherhood, most of us are just begging for a product that can give us a little more sleep, the Co Sleepers® product range can offer this and more.
So who are we
Renee is a mum to 3 amazing and beautiful boys (with another baby on the way), Renee is married to Ashley her darling DH. Renee is a Paediatric Registered Nurse and is currently on extended parental leave. Renee is committed to the ideals of breastfeeding and the benefits it provides to not only baby/toddler but also to the mother. Renee is second generation member of the Australian Breastfeeding Assn and states that the co-sleeper® range of products have literally changed her life. “We have always had our babies sleep either with us in our bed or beside us in a portable cot but never before was it so easy to reach over and attend to our babies in the middle of night, as now as the Universal co-sleeper® has our baby at the same height as our bed”. So not only has the business allowed Renee to work more child friendly adaptable hours but doubles with a rang of products that she truly believes in wholeheartedly.
Nicki is a mum to 4 Amazing children (a couple with special needs), 3 boys and a girl (with plans for more just don’t tell her hubby) Nicki was an enrolled nurse for 13 years and is currently a full time carer to children besides her own. With years of experience in working with children who have attatchment disorders, and years of experience helping babies grow strong bonds with their primary Care giver, The Formation of My Bonding Babies was a dream come true for Nicki and her family. “We have seen the benefits of just what a difference it can make to have the baby so close to us, including; baby waking less overnight, baby waking and happy in the morning as they can see us, and with having children with complex health needs it has been a real relief to have them right beside us overnight when they have been unwell”. So it has been fabulous to marry up the opportunity to have a business that supports her and Renee’s shared parenting philosophies’ and a chance to share this wonderful group of products with parents wanting to ensure a secure bonding relationship with their baby/children.
